Good day everyone,
This is the first post for the New Global Business blog so while I remain anonymous i'll take a moment to speak about my professional experience and knowledge. I do this only due to the fact that I have seen people discredited unfairly on many other blogs by some who have little or no experience. So this is a pre-emptive strike against that if you will.
In 2000 I opened my first business at 18 building upon that experience I entered college and completed my Masters program. I spent the year after graduation working for ING in Eastern Europe as the Direct Interaction specialist on a significant mixed use commercial and retail construction project in Poland. Following the completion of my duties I was contracted by General Motors to be Director of Communications in Eastern Europe. For two years I worked diligently in this position to better the relations and goals of the Automaker.
Since my time with these multinational companies I started an international product distribution company that lends itself to growing imports and exports. Frequently we are called upon to consult with large companies on the need and process in growing a global identity within the target market or country; simply put we make small to medium companies grow large and become global.
This blog will cover a large range of subjects and perspectives on the ever evolving business model and ethics that comes with globalization and communications. With the large number of companies and entrepreneurs taking part in social media and networking functions including the push to join “Cloud” based systems for Customer Relation Management or CRM as it is commonly called. These new developments in how a company functions can make life of a small business easier and numbers easy to grow. Unfortunately they can wreak havoc on international image and relations.
The intention of this blog is to highlight and discuss current markets, business and governmental decisions that are always happening and to help navigate a growing company into a future player in the world economy.
